This 58.5 mm tamper compresses ground coffee evenly before extraction. Built from stainless steel with a walnut handle, its auto-leveling rim rests flat against the basket to prevent crooked tamping and channeling. A calibrated spring clicks at 30 pounds of downward force, and you can swap in the included 20-pound spring for lighter roasts. Sized specifically for IMS, VST, and 58.5 mm filter baskets.
