This five-piece maple and beech kit covers puck preparation and extraction for 54 mm Breville espresso machines. A coffee leveler distributes the grounds before the calibrated 30 lb spring tamper presses to a set depth with an audible click. During extraction, the bottomless portafilter and included 18–21 g basket leave the puck exposed so you can monitor your shot flow.
