This self-leveling 51mm walnut tamper handles the tamping step by compressing grounds evenly across 51mm De'Longhi and Smeg baskets. Designed to sit flush against the basket wall for edge-to-edge packing, it uses an internal 30 lb spring that clicks when target pressure is reached. You can also unscrew it without tools to swap in the included 20 lb spring for lighter roasts.
